Program Format: 

 

The program includes 4 sessions and one year of community access, recognizing that becoming an AI Champion is a journey.

 

An AI Champion understands the three dimensions of AI Leadership: Mindset, Technology, and ROI, and is someone who invites others into that exploration with Benevolence, Clarity, and Purpose.

 

The curriculum is structured to enhance participants' human leadership capacity, AI literacy, and ability to deliver real business impact.​ The program is focused on developing ethical and collaborative AI leadership grounded in the 3-Axis Model and TEAL values.

  • Session 1 Foundations: Introduces the mindset and prompting framework to build a Personal Learning Assistant.

  • Session 2 Community & Guardrails: Focuses on collective intelligence through the Radical Divergence Challenge, and establishing ethical and eco-friendly Guardrails for a shared Community Assistant.

  • Session 3 Workflows & Self-Care: Covers designing AI workflow automations and exploring creative media tools, with a key focus on reclaiming time for Self-Care.

  • Session 4 Integration & Agents: Culminates with upgrading assistants to multi-step Agents, refining project guardrails, and transitioning into the one-year Community Continuation program.
     

The overall goal is to empower women to be responsible and effective AI Champions.
