Colaborix - About the Company
Colaborix was founded to support meaningful transformation at the intersection of people, teams, and systems.
For over 20 years, our founders have designed and delivered coaching-based training, leadership development, and organizational transformation programs across industries and geographies. Collectively, this includes more than 300 programs and 100 corporate transformation initiatives, delivered in over 12 languages across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Our work has supported global organizations such as Amex, SAP, Microsoft, Alibaba, GSK, Lenovo, IKEA, Michelin, and many others.
Today, Colaborix brings this depth of experience into a new chapter: human-centered AI adoption, guided by the same principles we’ve applied for decades—clarity, alignment, learning through practice, and sustainable change.

How you can engage with Colaborix
Colaborix is designed as an open, layered ecosystem.
People engage with us at different levels, depending on their interests, experience, and availability. There is no single “path” — just clear entry points.
1. Community
The first level is open to anyone curious about human-centered AI and modern ways of working.
This includes:
• Subscribing to our newsletter.
• Joining open events such as AI Cafés.
• Participating in conversations, experiments, and shared learning by joining the community.
This level is about exploration, connection, and orientation.
2. Graduate Community
The second level is for people who have completed one of our core programs, such as the AI Champion Accelerator.
Graduates become part of a peer community that:
• Shares practices, insights, and lessons learned.
• Continues learning through advanced sessions and exchanges.
• Stays connected as AI practices evolve in real work contexts.
This level is about practice, reflection, and mutual support.
3. Ecosystem Partners
Some graduates choose to engage more deeply.
This can take different forms over time, including:
• Collaboration on projects or programs
• Referrals or affiliate partnerships
• Co-creation of content, events, or initiatives.
These relationships are built gradually, based on trust, contribution, and alignment — not predefined roles.
This level is about co-creation and shared value.
Colaborix grows by design as an ecosystem — not by pushing people “up” levels, but by letting engagement deepen naturally.

Colaborix is stewarded by a core team of co-founders, each bringing deep expertise across organizational coaching, leadership development, AI systems, workflow design, and transformation strategy.
We work as an integrated, peer-based team, sharing responsibility for vision, delivery, and learning. This allows us to model the very ways of working we help organizations develop.
Together, we combine strategic depth, technical fluency, and human insight—bridging executive reality with emerging ways of working.
