The AI Champion
Accelerator

A practical foundation to
understand, use, and lead with AI

The AI Champion Accelerator is an experiential training for professionals who want a clear, grounded understanding of AI—and how to apply it in real work.

Participants work hands-on with AI assistants and real use cases, building experience that translates into better decisions, stronger judgment, and practical confidence.

The learning happens through guided experiments and structured exercises, designed to surface insights through experience rather than theory. This approach helps participants see the full range of what AI can enable, while staying focused on what actually creates value.

This is the first level of the AI Champion journey.
You’ll leave with working assistants, a sharper sense of what’s possible next, and the clarity to move forward—at your own pace and with intention.

What this program is — and isn’t

The AI Champion Accelerator is practical by design.
But it’s not an “everything automation” workshop.

You will build, test, and apply AI assistants in real work contexts.
You will also step back to understand the full landscape—workflows, agents, systems, and ROI—so future decisions are intentional, not reactive.

Some participants begin advanced experimentation here.
Others use this level to gain clarity before going deeper.
Both outcomes are success.

One Program.
Three Formats.

Same learning journey. Different containers

Depending on pace, context, and group needs.

AI Champion Accelerator
Core Journey

Best for professionals balancing learning with real work.

Build confidence, clarity, and real capability.

Across 5 interactive sessions over 5 weeks, participants move from AI mindset reset to prompting mastery, team adoption, workflow integration, and leadership impact.

The focus is not tools for tools’ sake — but turning AI into a reliable thinking partner that people actually use in their everyday work.

Best for individuals and teams who want depth, reflection, and sustainable change, while continuing their day-to-day responsibilities.

Women's Circle

Same depth, with space for reflection, and peer support.

Same content. Same ambition. A different container.

A women-only space designed to encourage experimentation, mutual support, and greater representation of women in AI adoption.

The program runs over 4 slightly shorter sessions and includes 1 year of community access for continued learning and support.

Open to women at any career stage: established leaders, career switchers, or those exploring new directions.

Businesswoman in Focus

AI Champion Accelerator

Intensive

Same content, compressed—ideal when momentum matters.

The full journey, delivered at speed.

This format compresses the entire AI Champion Accelerator into one focused week: 5 consecutive days, 3 hours per day. It’s immersive, practical, and momentum-driven.

Ideal for organizations or individuals who want to kick-start adoption decisively, align teams fast, and move straight from insight to 5x5 AI project execution.

Who this is for

Designed for Mixed Levels

One of the strengths of the AI Champion Accelerator is that it works across experience levels.

Whether you’re new to AI or already experimenting regularly, the program is designed so everyone leaves with new insight, usable skills, and a clearer sense of what’s next.

  • Beginners gain confidence, mental models, and hands-on experience without being overwhelmed

  • Intermediate users sharpen how they think with AI, improve quality of outputs, and explore broader possibilities

  • Advanced users deepen strategy, challenge assumptions, and often begin early workflow or system experiments

You won’t all build the same things.
You will leave with shared language, stronger judgment, and clearer next steps.

What practical means here

Practical—Without Rushing Into Complexity

This first-level training is practical by design—but practical doesn’t mean premature complexity.

Much of the hands-on work happens through guided experiments and simulations. Some are intentionally simple. Others are deliberately unexpected.

This design architecture creates low-stakes conditions where people can test ideas, notice patterns, and challenge assumptions without the pressure of “getting it right.”

Participants actively build and test AI assistants, work on real tasks, and explore concrete use cases from their own context. At the same time, we intentionally slow down enough to understand what’s possible, what matters, and what creates real value.

Not everyone needs to build workflows or agents at this stage.
But everyone benefits from understanding how assistants, workflows, and agents work, what they enable, and when they’re worth the investment.

This level builds capability and discernment.

What you actually do in the workshop

What You’ll Work On

You work on real tasks from simulations and scenarios as well as from your own real context.

  • Build and refine AI assistants tailored to specific needs

  • Practice prompt thinking, iteration, and output evaluation

  • Explore real-world use cases across roles and functions

  • Engage in structured AI experiments—some serious, some deliberately playful—to surface real insights about quality, bias, trust, and value

  • Reflect on outcomes, risks, and ROI

  • Learn how advanced workflows and agents actually fit into a broader AI strategy

The goal is reliable value, grounded decisions, and momentum you can sustain.

Office Collaboration Scene

The Learning Journey

A Foundation That Opens the Full AI Landscape

The AI Champion Accelerator follows the order people actually learn and adopt AI—starting with confidence and understanding, then expanding into skill, collaboration, and system thinking.

  1. AI Mindset Reset
Understand what AI is (and isn’t), reduce noise and fear, and build grounded confidence.

  2. Thinking & Prompting with AI
Learn to work with AI: shaping better questions, interpreting outputs, and improving quality.

  3. Use Cases & Team Impact
Explore how individual use scales into team practices, standards, and shared language.

  4. From Assistants to Systems
Understand workflows, agents, and automation—what they enable, and when they make sense.

  5. Leadership, Outcomes & ROI
Connect AI capability to decisions, outcomes, and organizational value.

Advanced system building comes later. This level ensures you know why you’d build something before you do.

Relationship to Advanced Deep Dive

How This Connects to Advanced Training

The AI Champion Accelerator is the foundation.
Not everyone should go deeper immediately—and that’s intentional.

The Advanced Deep Dive workshop is where participants design and implement full workflows, agents, and AI systems—building on the clarity and confidence developed here.

Coding Station

People First. Capability Follows.

We start with mindset, confidence, and clarity—so technical skills actually stick.

Practical, Not Performative.

Real work, real constraints, real decisions—not demos for their own sake.

Why This Approach Works

By the end of the AI Champion Accelerator, participants don’t just use AI more—they understand it, trust it, and know how to take the next step with intention.

Learning sticks when people can explore without fear—so we design sessions that feel safe, human, and occasionally surprising.

Depth Without Pressure.

You’re invited to explore possibilities without being pushed into complexity too early.

Strategy Meets Practice.

Participants don’t just learn how—they understand why, when, and what’s next.
