  • Team coordination, roles, and decision visibility

  • Trust, accountability, and psychological safety in AI‑enabled work

  • Practical application inside existing teams and organizations

Participants engage with research‑informed frameworks, facilitated dialogue, and real‑world use cases to strengthen their ability to lead AI adoption responsibly and effectively.

This Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants who:

  • Engaged in the majority of live program sessions, and

  • Completed the full learning experience by engaging with program recordings and materials for any sessions missed
